Fill in your details, accept the driver terms, and submit. We review within 48 hours and assign you to a local subsidiary.

Pick up & scan

Collect bags from customers or subsidiaries. Scan QR codes to see all order details and navigate to addresses.

Deliver clean laundry back to customers. Report any delays through the portal. Get paid weekly for every delivery.

Lavvy generates invoices on your behalf (self-billing). Fill in your legal details for correct invoicing.

For the safety of our customers, all Lavvy drivers must complete an identity verification. This includes a photo of your ID document (passport or national ID) and a selfie for face matching.

Driver Terms & Conditions

LAVVY DRIVER AGREEMENT

1. SCOPE
This agreement governs the relationship between Argument Exemplar Lda. ("Lavvy") and the registered driver ("Driver"). The Driver operates as an independent contractor assigned to one or more Lavvy subsidiary locations.

2. DRIVER OBLIGATIONS
2.1. Complete identity verification via Stripe Identity before activation (one-time fee: €1.50).
2.2. Pick up laundry bags at the scheduled time and location.
2.3. Handle all items with care — damage or loss during transport is the Driver's responsibility.
2.4. Use the Lavvy QR scanning system for every bag at pickup and delivery.
2.5. Report any delays immediately through the driver portal.
2.6. Maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle suitable for laundry transport.
2.7. Not contact Lavvy customers for commercial purposes outside the service.
2.8. Dress and behave professionally when representing Lavvy.

3. LAVVY OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Provide the QR scanner portal, navigation tools, and customer contact information.
3.2. Assign deliveries and manage scheduling via the subsidiary's booking system.
3.3. Pay the Driver per the agreed compensation structure.

4. COMPENSATION
4.1. The Driver receives 90% of the transport fees for each completed delivery.
4.2. Transport payout is calculated upon customer confirmation of delivery (or auto-confirmation after 24 hours).
4.3. Payment processed monthly via bank transfer.
4.4. The Driver is responsible for fuel, vehicle maintenance, and insurance costs.

5. SELF-BILLING & INVOICING
5.1. The Driver agrees that Lavvy shall issue invoices on the Driver's behalf under a self-billing arrangement (EU VAT Directive Article 224).
5.2. Invoices will be generated automatically by the platform for each completed delivery, using the Driver's registered legal name, tax identification number (NIF/BTW/VAT), and address.
5.3. The Driver will receive a copy of each invoice by email.
5.4. The Driver is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their billing details in the Driver Portal.
5.5. The Driver remains responsible for their own tax declarations and VAT/IVA obligations.

6. LIABILITY & TERMINATION
5.1. The Driver is liable for damage/loss during transport and shall maintain vehicle insurance.
5.2. Either party may terminate with 7 days notice.
5.3. Lavvy may suspend immediately for unprofessional conduct or repeated complaints.

6. APPLICABLE LAW
Governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic.
